1. PASSENGER TICKETS
a) The ticket is personal, registered, non-transferable and valid only for the route and the date for which it was issued.
b) According to the Community Directive 98/41 / EC and for safety reasons it is mandatory to register the passengers on each route. For the purposes of registration, the tickets are issued by NAME and must state:
* The name of the passenger
* Gender: Male / Female
* Age: Adult / Child / Infant
c) During the issuance, it would be good for the passenger to state a contact telephone number (preferably mobile) so that he can be notified in case of delay, cancellation or cancellation of the ship’s route.
d) Extradition on board is not possible by law.
e) Tickets must be issued within the deadline set by the date of booking, for which passengers are informed by their Travel Agent. Otherwise the reservation is automatically canceled.
f) Children up to four (4) years old: it is mandatory to issue a ticket with zero fare, while for children from 4 years to 10 years the cost of the ticket is 50% of the normal price
2. BOARDING PROCEDURE:
a) The passenger must arrive on the ship half an hour before the scheduled departure time. If for any reason he does not catch the departure he is not entitled to a refund.
5. PREPAID TICKETS
We inform you that our company supports the operation of the prepaid ticket (PTA). Prepaid tickets must be printed before boarding the ship. The printing is done by the Company’s Offices, the Central Port Agents and the Company’s ticket offices in the local ports of departure.
6. TICKET CANCELLATIONS AND FARE RETURN
From the date of issue of the ticket:
Up to 7 days before the scheduled departure time: Tickets are canceled with a refund of 100% of the fare if the ticket body is returned as is.
Up to 4 days before the scheduled departure time: Tickets are canceled with a refund of 75% of the fare if the body is returned as it is.
Up to 1 day before the scheduled departure time: Tickets are canceled with a refund of 50% of the fare if the ticket body is returned as is.
NOTE: Tickets can be converted into open date (OPEN) tickets up to one (1) hour before the scheduled departure time.
After departure: Tickets are not canceled, are not converted to open date, and date change is not possible.
Tickets are canceled by the Company ‘s Head Agents and Head Offices and can not be canceled by phone. Those interested must deliver the tickets to the aforementioned agencies or offices.
7. TICKET LOSS
In case of loss of the ticket, in order for the passenger to be able to travel, he will have to buy a new ticket. He must then inform the company in writing of the loss stating all the details of the lost ticket (travel date, route, ticket number) in order to issue a new ticket, after the company confirms that the lost ticket has not been used.
8. SCHEDULE
a) The company makes every effort to comply with the itineraries mentioned in the brochures and its website. However, it reserves the right to modify them if the need arises and with the approval of the Port Authorities.
b) The company is not responsible for any cancellation, route delay due to adverse weather conditions or orders of the competent Ministry and the Port Authorities or for reasons of force majeure and are made with the main concern the safety of passengers.
c) In case the scheduled itinerary is not carried out through the fault of the company or for reasons of force majeure (eg curfew due to weather conditions) the entire value of the ticket is returned to the passenger.
9. CANCELLATION OF SCHEDULE DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS
The canceled departure tickets are not valid for boarding and must be changed for the next scheduled departure, where seats are available, replacing a ticket.
